Effective Air Conditioning Services Pty Ltd was established in February of 2004 due to the ever-increasing need for a reliable and professional air conditioning service company which could accommodate not only the installation needs of the construction industry, but also the ongoing maintenance requirements of the commercial, industrial and residential sector.
Over the past several years our company has grown from strength to strength within the industry, and has built a strong reputation based on our professional attitude and our consistent approach to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- We believe strongly in training our technicians and apprentices, and take pride in the fact that we support their continued growth.
- Our team is made up of trade qualified and accredited refrigeration and air conditioning technicians. We also invest in the employment and training of our own apprentices, and are ARC and Blue Card (education sector) compliant.
Our company is owned and managed by Stephen Baird.
